This study aimed to understand if the time of day people eat affects their body's natural hunger signals and metabolism, potentially influencing weight gain. It planned to look at overweight individuals to see if eating more calories later in the day changes hormone rhythms and how the body processes sugar. The goal was to gather knowledge to help develop future strategies for obesity prevention. The study was withdrawn and did not enroll any participants.
