Could WHEN you eat be as important as WHAT you eat?

NCT ID NCT03647306

Summary

This study is investigating whether the time of day you eat most of your calories affects your body's metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and blood pressure. Researchers are enrolling 200 overweight adults without diabetes to test if shifting calories to morning, evening, or spreading them evenly makes a difference. The goal is to understand if changing meal timing could be a simple lifestyle strategy to help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
