First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether starting weight bearing and active knee exercises soon after surgery for a tibial plateau fracture helps reduce pain, improve knee movement, and aid bone healing. About 28 adults aged 18-50 who had a specific type of fracture fixed with plates and screws will take part. The goal is to see if this early approach works better than waiting longer to start these activities.
