Does WHEN you eat matter more than WHAT you eat?
NCT ID NCT05870982
Summary
This study is testing whether the timing of meals is more effective for weight loss than simply counting calories. Researchers are comparing three approaches: eating all meals within an early 8-hour window, eating within a late 8-hour window, or traditional daily calorie restriction. 162 adults with obesity will follow one of these plans for a full year while receiving group support and having their weight, body composition, and health markers tracked.
