Summary
This study looks at whether having surgery sooner or later after a traumatic spinal cord injury leads to better recovery of movement and feeling. Researchers will compare results in 100 adults aged 18-60 who have had a spinal cord injury. The goal is to find the best timing for surgery to improve neurological function.
