Could adding vasopressin early save more lives in sepsis shock?

Summary
This study compares two ways of treating dangerously low blood pressure in people with sepsis. One group gets the standard drug norepinephrine plus early vasopressin, while the other gets vasopressin only if needed as a rescue. The goal is to see if early use of vasopressin reduces death or the need for kidney dialysis within 28 days. About 2,800 adults in intensive care will take part.
