Can a quick online program stop PTSD before it starts?

Summary
This study tests whether an online, therapist-guided program called CIPE can prevent post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in people who recently experienced a trauma. About 360 adults receiving support from crisis teams in Norway will either get the online program plus usual care, or usual care alone. The goal is to see if early help reduces PTSD symptoms and improves recovery.
