Summary

This study aims to identify people at increased risk of developing type 1 diabetes by testing for specific markers in the blood called autoantibodies. Children and adults aged 1 to 45 who have a family member or close friend diagnosed with type 1 diabetes before age 45 can join. Participants provide a small blood sample; if autoantibodies are found, they will be invited for further monitoring.
