First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at whether treating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) earlier helps people stick with their breathing machine (PAP) therapy. About 100 adults with OSA were split into two groups: one got faster care, the other usual care. The main goal was to see how many hours per night they used the machine after three months.
