Summary
This study will test a new screening program to find 50-year-olds in Italy who are at risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease but haven't been diagnosed yet. About 3,000 people will fill out questionnaires to calculate their 10-year risk, and researchers will see how many people take part. The goal is to see if this approach can help catch these conditions earlier.
