Summary

This study tests whether a tailored early rehabilitation program, including physiotherapy, education, and graded activity, can help 12 adults recover better after lumbar spinal fusion surgery. The goal is to improve pain, movement, and the ability to reach personal goals. The program starts soon after surgery and lasts three months.
