First seen Mar 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special PET scan taken 6 weeks after starting immunotherapy can predict how well the treatment will work later. It involves 25 adults with advanced head and neck cancer who are starting a drug called pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if early changes on the scan can help doctors know sooner whether the treatment is helping.
