Scientists hunt for MS clues years before first symptom
NCT ID NCT05787795
Summary
This study aims to learn how to spot multiple sclerosis (MS) before it causes any symptoms. Researchers believe early detection could allow for treatment that prevents long-term disability. They are enrolling 1,000 adults who have risk factors for MS but no diagnosis to collect blood, answer questions, and optionally provide other samples to look for early biological changes.
