Summary

This study looked at whether starting gentle movement exercises soon after a stroke can help patients regain daily living skills, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve overall quality of life. Researchers studied 102 adults with acute stroke who were stable enough to move. The goal was to see if early mobilization leads to better recovery than standard care.
