Summary
This study looks at whether a structured care plan can help people with a severe type of stroke (brain hemorrhage) start moving earlier and more safely in the hospital. About 198 patients will be included, and the goal is to improve their mobility and reduce long-term disability. The approach involves a team of doctors, nurses, and therapists working together to decide when it's safe to begin rehabilitation.
