Scientists test novel Two-Shot strategy in quest for HIV vaccine

NCT ID NCT06796686

Summary

This is a very early study to test the safety and immune response of a new two-part HIV vaccine regimen in healthy adults. The study involves giving a 'prime' shot followed by 'boost' shots to try to train the immune system to fight HIV. Researchers will closely monitor 42 participants for side effects and check if their bodies produce the desired immune responses.
