Early pregnancy diet coaching may stop diabetes before it starts

Summary

This study tests whether starting healthy eating guidance early in pregnancy can help prevent gestational diabetes in women at risk. 150 pregnant women will receive either personalized nutrition coaching starting in their first trimester or standard care. Researchers will compare blood sugar levels between groups to see if early intervention makes a difference.
