Summary
This study is testing a new health screening program to find people at risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease before they develop symptoms. It will invite 3,000 healthy 50-year-olds in an Italian province to answer health questions and get simple tests. The goal is to see if this program works well and helps people get early advice to lower their future health risks.
