Scientists test One-Shot cancer drug combo in Early-Stage trial

NCT ID NCT06824363

Summary

This is a very early, small study to see if a single dose of two immunotherapy drugs can change the immune cells inside certain stomach and esophageal tumors. It will involve 34 adults with early-stage cancer who have a specific genetic change (ARID1A mutation) and have not had any prior treatment. The main goal is to learn how the drugs affect the tumor's environment and to check if the study procedures are safe and feasible for patients.
