Parent-child program eases anxiety in young kids

Summary
This study tested a therapy program for children ages 4 to 7 who were at risk for anxiety disorders. The program included parent-only and parent-child sessions. Results showed that children who received the therapy had greater improvement in anxiety symptoms compared to those on a waitlist.
