Scientists map early warning signs of blinding eye disease
NCT ID NCT05959005
Summary
This study aims to better understand how early-stage age-related macular degeneration (AMD) progresses toward vision loss. Researchers will follow 125 adults with early AMD using advanced eye scans and vision tests over time. The goal is to identify which patients are at highest risk for rapid vision decline and gather information to help develop future treatments.
