Could early action stop silent heart rhythm problems before they cause harm?
NCT ID NCT07447297
Summary
This study aims to see if starting treatment early for a hidden type of atrial fibrillation (AF) can better control the condition. It will enroll 520 adults who have a heart device that detected AF but who haven't had it confirmed on a standard heart test. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either early rhythm control therapy (like specific medications or procedures) or general heart management to compare which approach works better.
