Summary
This study involves 150 people with diabetes to see if a short questionnaire called ACT can accurately detect nerve damage in the feet and legs. Researchers will compare the ACT to other standard tools and an eye test that looks at tiny nerve fibers. The goal is to find a simpler way to diagnose this common complication of diabetes.
