Zap your ear to sleep? study tests At-Home device for stressed students
NCT ID NCT07371715
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple, at-home device that delivers gentle electrical stimulation to the ear can help university students sleep better and feel less stressed. Sixty students with poor sleep will be randomly assigned to use either the real device or a control version for three weeks. Researchers will measure changes in sleep quality, stress, anxiety, and even academic performance to see if the approach is safe, practical, and helpful.
