Can a tickle in the ear calm brain inflammation?

Summary
This pilot study aims to see if a gentle, non-invasive electrical stimulation applied to the ear is safe and feasible for ICU patients with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury. Researchers will enroll 42 patients to test the device and measure its effect on blood markers of inflammation. The study will also explore if the stimulation affects vital signs, brain pressure, and neurological function.
