Ear-Stimulating earbuds target insomnia in cancer survivors

NCT ID NCT07191119

Summary

This study is testing whether a simple, non-invasive earbud device can help adult survivors of childhood leukemia who struggle with insomnia. The device gently stimulates a nerve in the ear. Researchers will see if using it nightly improves sleep quality, reduces stress, and helps with thinking skills in 40 participants over 8 weeks.
