Summary
This study is testing if a gentle electrical stimulation device placed near the ear can help control nausea, vomiting, and stomach problems in people with diabetes. Researchers hope stimulating nerves in the ear will also affect the vagus nerve, which controls stomach function. About 60 participants with long-term gastroparesis and diabetes will try the device to see if it eases their symptoms.
