Summary
This study tests a new computer system that helps pharmacists provide better care for people with COPD, a serious lung disease. The system guides pharmacists to check symptoms, adjust medications, and create action plans. About 25 pharmacy staff and their COPD patients will use the system for one year, and researchers will compare results to the previous year to see if care improves.
