First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests a new medicine called E6742 for people with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), a chronic autoimmune disease. The goal is to see if E6742 can reduce lupus disease activity better than a placebo, while allowing lower doses of steroids. About 256 adults with active lupus will take either E6742 or a placebo for 24 weeks, and researchers will measure how many achieve a meaningful reduction in symptoms.
