Summary

This early-stage study gives 10 healthy men a single dose of the experimental drug E2086 with a radioactive tracer. Researchers will measure how much of the drug appears in blood, urine, and stool over time. The goal is to understand how the body breaks down and eliminates E2086, which is necessary before testing it in people with a disease.
