Summary

This study tests a new way to do nipple-sparing mastectomy using a tiny camera and small cuts, aiming to reduce pain and scarring. Ten women with early breast cancer or high genetic risk will try it. Doctors will check if the procedure can be done without switching to standard open surgery.
