Summary

Many children with complex congenital heart disease struggle with executive functions like attention, planning, and self-control, which are crucial for school and daily life. This study tests a 12-week program called E-Fit that combines computer-based cognitive training, one-on-one strategy coaching, and analog games. Researchers will compare children who receive E-Fit to a control group, and also to healthy children, to see if the program improves real-world thinking skills and well-being.
