NCT ID NCT02883504
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a non-invasive heart ultrasound method (E/e') can accurately estimate left ventricular filling pressure, compared to the standard invasive catheter test. 85 adults who were already getting an ultrasound took part. The goal was to see if the ultrasound could reliably replace the catheter for this measurement.
