Summary
This study tests an experimental vaccine designed to protect against E. coli bacteria. Researchers want to see if it is safe and tolerable for healthy adults aged 18 to 64. About 310 volunteers will receive the vaccine or a placebo and be monitored for side effects like pain, fever, and fatigue.
