Summary
This study tested whether smokers could reduce their cigarette use by switching to a specific type of research e-cigarette for 12 weeks. Researchers enrolled 63 daily smokers who were interested in cutting back. They provided the e-cigarettes and counseling, then tracked participants' cigarette use, health measures, and how they felt about the products over several months.
