New drug combo aims to tackle tough lung cancer

Summary

This study tests a new combination of two oral drugs, DZD6008 and sunvozertinib, in 160 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has certain EGFR mutations. The goal is to check safety, how the drugs move through the body, and whether they shrink tumors. It is the first time this combination is being tested in humans.
