NCT ID NCT03935295

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding Dysport (a muscle-relaxing injection) to standard bracing can slow or improve spine curvature in teens with scoliosis. About 90 adolescents aged 10-16 with mild to moderate curves will take part. Two-thirds will get Dysport plus a brace; the rest will get a placebo plus a brace. The goal is to see if the combination reduces curve progression better than bracing alone.
