First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a walking test called the Dynamic Gait Index (DGI) can be used to measure walking problems in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). About 52 children aged 8-16 with JIA and healthy kids will take the test, which includes walking on different surfaces and turning. The goal is to see if the DGI is a valid and reliable tool for doctors to assess walking difficulties in these children.
