Summary
This study tests whether a cheaper hormone (dydrogesterone) works as well as a standard drug (GnRH antagonist) to prevent early ovulation in women with low ovarian response undergoing double ovarian stimulation. About 120 women will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see which approach lowers medication costs per egg retrieved and improves pregnancy rates.
