New obesity drug candidate passes first safety check in healthy people

Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a new drug called DWRX5003 is safe in healthy adults. It also measures how the drug moves through the body compared to two other versions. The goal is to gather safety data, not to treat any disease. About 72 healthy volunteers aged 19 to 65 will take part.
