This study tests whether combining durvalumab (an immunotherapy) with lurbinectedin (a chemotherapy drug) can help people with advanced small cell lung cancer whose disease returned after standard treatment. About 29 adults who have already had chemotherapy and immunotherapy will receive the combination. The goal is to see if it can slow cancer growth and help patients live longer.
