Summary

This study directly compared two existing biologic drugs, dupilumab and omalizumab, to see which works better for adults with severe chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps and asthma. It involved 360 participants who had not gotten enough relief from standard treatments like nasal sprays or past surgeries. The main goal was to see which drug was more effective at shrinking polyps and improving sense of smell over 24 weeks.
