First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looked at how dupilumab affects the immune cells and genes inside the skin of people with moderate-to-severe eczema. Seventeen adults took the drug and had skin samples tested before and after 12 weeks of treatment. The goal was to understand how the medicine works at a cellular level, not to test if it works.
