Dupilumab (Dupixent)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could confirm dupilumab as a reliable long-term treatment for moderate-to-severe prurigo nodularis and help personalize therapy.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-phase study with only 40 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. Dupilumab can cause side effects like injection reactions or infections.
