Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called ICP-332 for people with prurigo nodularis, a skin condition causing many intensely itchy bumps. About 135 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces itching and clears the bumps over 16 weeks. The goal is to find a safe, effective dose to ease this chronic itch.
