Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ICP-332 in 135 adults with prurigo nodularis, a skin condition causing intensely itchy bumps. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces worst-itch scores on a 0–10 scale.
