Summary

This study is testing whether adding the medication dupilumab to standard nasal sprays improves symptoms and sense of smell in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. It focuses on including more racial and ethnic minority patients, who are often underrepresented in research. Researchers will follow 60 participants for about a year to measure changes in their symptoms, smell ability, and breathing.
