Asthma drug dupilumab tested for Mucus-Clearing superpower

Summary

This study is testing whether the drug dupilumab can improve how well the lungs clear mucus in people with moderate to severe asthma. About 30 adults will receive either dupilumab or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will use a special imaging technique to measure mucus clearance and also check lung function and asthma control.
