First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called DuoCAR-T for adults with B-cell lymphoma or leukemia that has returned or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment involves taking a patient's own immune cells, modifying them in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells, and giving them back after a short chemotherapy course. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects in about 54 participants.
