Summary

This study tests whether using a smartphone app that distracts your attention during exercise helps people with chronic low back pain stick to their workout routine. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with long-term back pain and measure how often they exercise, their pain levels, and quality of life. The goal is to see if a simple distraction tool can improve adherence and reduce pain.
