First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether using a distraction app during exercise helps people with chronic low back pain stick with their program. Sixty adults will be split into two groups: one uses the app while exercising, the other exercises without it. Researchers will measure how often they exercise and whether pain, movement, and quality of life improve.
